Gesundheitszentrum Fricktal AG (GZF) takes the protection of your private data seriously. Respecting privacy when processing personal data is of great importance to us. Personal data is handled in accordance with the provisions of the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG), as well as the Law on Public Information, Data Protection and Archiving of the Canton of Aargau (IDAG).

Responsible body
GZF is the responsible body for the collection, processing and use of your personal data within the meaning of the DSG and the IDAG.

GZF shall use your personal data exclusively for the stated purpose of your request – that is, for processing your request.

GZF shall pass on your personal data to third parties only within the specified scope of purpose and to fulfill the respective tasks. If it is passed on to third parties, GZT shall inform you in advance and the information shall be passed on only with your consent. If there is a corresponding statutory disclosure requirement or a court order, GZF may be obliged to disclose it to third parties.

Anonymized data
With your visit to our website, information about access to the viewed page including date and time may also be stored on our server. This anonymized data is evaluated exclusively for statistical purposes.

Data security / protection of your personal data
GZF has technical and organizational security procedures to safeguard the security of your personal data and protect your personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and/or against unintentional loss, alteration, access or disclosure. To ensure secure transmission of your data, GZF uses a secure SSL connection (secure socket layer) that transmits your information in encrypted form, if your browser supports it.

We would like to point out that the transmission of information via the internet or other electronic devices always poses a certain security risk and we thus cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted in this manner. Confidential information should always be communicated via an encrypted connection or delivered by mail.

Data storage
GZF shall delete your data immediately as soon as it is no longer used for the specified purpose, storage is no longer necessary or there is no statutory storage obligation.

Links to other websites
GZF has placed external links to third-party websites on its website. GZF has no influence on the current and future design of these websites and their content and does not adopt them as its own. The respective providers alone are liable for this. Although no statutory violations were identified when the links were placed, if we become aware of any violation the link shall be deleted immediately.
